PayPal Collaborates with SmarterTools Help Desk Solution

PayPal, the famous online ecommerce payment service adopted SmarterTrack help desk solution. PayPal is a subordinate of eBay Inc. which operates in 200 markets and in 24 currencies. According to a recent research, PayPal has more than 232 million accounts, more than 87 million of them active. PayPal will be benefited by this collaboration and will be able to manage internal support and customer service issues for thousands of agents using PayPal.

Jeff Hardy, vice president with SmarterTrack said that "We are excited that PayPal chose SmarterTrack as a solution for their internal communication needs.
